What kind of work do you take on?
We install, repair and service boilers and central heating — new combi, system and regular boilers, breakdown repairs, annual servicing, power flushing, magnetic filters, central heating extensions, and Care Club cover plans. We also supply, install and service air conditioning. We're Gas Safe registered (No. 520049), Worcester Bosch accredited and Vaillant approved.
Which boiler brands do you install?
A-rated boilers from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm and Viessmann. Because we're a Worcester Bosch accredited and Vaillant approved installer, we can register the extended manufacturer warranties — up to 12 years — that come with them.
How do I know I can trust you in my home?
We're a family-run firm with a perfect five-star Google rating, and we're certified Which? Trusted Traders. Our reviews name the actual engineers — Mark, Graeme and Ryan — and describe honest advice with "no pressure" and homes left "exactly how they found it." Every engineer is Gas Safe registered.

How much does a new boiler cost?
New boiler installations start from £2,280, and every one includes a full power flush, a magnetic filter, system cleaner and inhibitor, controls and all pipework — plus a free smart thermostat as a promotional offer. The exact figure depends on the boiler and your system; we give you a clear written quote after a free survey.
What does a repair cost?
Labour is fixed at £108 for the first hour, and we price common parts openly — for example a sensor at £150, electrodes at £180, a fan at £380, or a plate heat exchanger at £400. You'll know what you're looking at before we start, and we'll advise honestly whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense.
Is finance available?
Yes. Finance for new installations is available through Phoenix Financial Consultants Ltd — we act as an FCA Introducer Appointed Representative (FRN 1015770). We can talk you through the options as part of your quote.

How long does a new boiler take to fit?
A straightforward boiler swap is often done in a day; a full system change with new radiators or pipework takes longer. Whatever the job, our reviews describe it as "quick, efficient and organised" — and the site left "cleaner than when they started."
Do you take away the old boiler and clean up?
Yes. We remove the old boiler and equipment — one customer noted we "took away all of the old equipment, including an already broken pump" — and give the place a thorough tidy at the end. Leaving your home clean is part of the job, not an afterthought.

What warranty and guarantee do I get?
You get up to a 12-year manufacturer warranty on a new boiler, registered for you as an accredited installer, plus our own 5-year workmanship guarantee (non-insurance backed) on the fitting itself. An annual service keeps the manufacturer warranty valid.
Do I need an annual service, and can you cover it?
Most manufacturer warranties require an annual service to stay valid, and it keeps the boiler safe and efficient. Our 12-point Gas Safe service covers all of that. Our Care Club plans (Bronze, Silver and Gold) bundle the annual service with priority callouts and cover — with a 24/7 helpline and £0 excess.

Worthing, Littlehampton, Brighton, Storrington, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel, Horsham, Portsmouth, Pulborough, West Chiltington and Lancing. We're based in Worthing and cover the wider West Sussex area — if you're nearby, just ask.
What if my boiler breaks down out of hours?
We offer emergency same-day breakdown cover for all boiler types, and 24-hour emergency boiler installation. Care Club members also get a 24/7 emergency helpline with no excess. If you've no heat or hot water, call us and we'll help.
