12-point Gas Safe inspection that keeps your warranty valid
Most manufacturer warranties require an annual service to stay valid, and a service is also how small problems get caught before they become breakdowns. Ours is a full 12-point Gas Safe inspection carried out by a registered engineer.
That means a flue gas combustion analysis, a gas rate and burner pressure check, tests of the safety devices, fan lubrication, and electrical safety and polarity checks — the checks that keep the boiler running efficiently and safely, and keep your warranty in force.
A proper 12-point inspection
Our service covers flue gas combustion analysis, gas rate and burner pressure, safety device tests, fan lubrication and electrical safety and polarity checks. It's a genuine inspection of how the boiler is running, carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer — not a token visit.
