A boiler breakdown is never convenient. We cover all boiler types with emergency same-day repair, and for installations we offer 24-hour cover — so a no-heat or no-hot-water situation doesn't have to wait.
Our pricing is transparent from the start: fixed-price labour at £108 for the first hour, and the common parts priced clearly — a sensor at £150, electrodes at £180, a fan at £380, a plate heat exchanger at £400. You know what you're looking at before we start.
Diagnosed properly, priced clearly
Our Gas Safe engineers diagnose the actual fault rather than replacing parts and hoping. Labour is fixed at £108 for the first hour, and the parts that most often fail are priced openly — sensors, electrodes, fans and plate heat exchangers — so you can decide with the full picture.
Repair, or advise honestly on replacement
