Bronze, Silver & Gold cover · £0 excess · 24/7 helpline
A Care Club plan turns unpredictable repair bills into a simple monthly cost, with priority when you need us. Every tier includes a 24/7 emergency helpline, Gas Safe registered engineers and £0 excess — you never pay a call-out fee on top.
Bronze covers priority callouts, an annual service and a CO alarm check. Silver adds full heating system cover — pipework, radiators, valves and pumps. Gold adds plumbing and electrical cover on sockets and switches too. We also run Commercial and Landlord Assist tiers, which include gas safety certificates.
Bronze, Silver and Gold
Bronze gives you priority callouts, your annual service and a CO alarm check. Silver adds cover for the whole heating system — pipework, radiators, valves and pumps. Gold builds on Silver with plumbing and electrical cover on your sockets and switches, for whole-home peace of mind.
Commercial & Landlord Assist
For landlords and commercial premises, our Landlord Assist and Commercial tiers add the gas safety certificates you're legally required to hold, alongside the cover and 24/7 helpline. One plan keeps you compliant and covered.
